Liger Zero w legs n light up eyes by RiaStrifeChan Liger Zero w legs n light up eyes by RiaStrifeChan
This is Liger Zero w his temp front legs (no feet)

(hehe sorry i forgot to mention that his legs arn't attached... n the legs in the pic are just leaning on his body... thus he looks weird cuz it was the only way I could have it kinda stay on w out it being attached... n his tail is going to be redone when I have time... cuz his tail cap part is slightly too big... in-comparison to the model... i did the cap a little too quickly thus the incorrect propotion happening)

I have to redo his front leg cuz the board was cheep n was eaten away by the spray paint... plus the front legs don't look as good as his back. (front legs were done very quickly in hopes to have been able to wear liger zero to the ani con... but now I'm just working on him for maybe an ani con in 2013)

Liger Zero is just sitting on top of a fold up table n a box to hold him up for the pic.

:icondonotuseplz::iconmyartplz:

(hmmm... itk i might extend liger's tail... it looks a tad short after putting his pieces on...)

3months worth of calculating (measurements) and another 3mths to get most of his body done... (still working on it cuz i'm fixing some flaws) :P
and the stabilizers on the sides can be flipped down (temporarily requires to be flipped manually)
n thx for the complement :D

i see...a looong time....but the result looks awesome ^^
but did you ever feel like giving up?
for the stabilizer on the side, its just cardboard right? cuz i have herd peeps say '' placing a thin, light metal bar in it would be more durable'' what do you think?

Wow that's really epic! It looks amazing. It must take a long time to make something like that. Great work on the cosplay!

Is this a quadsuit? It looks small... o.o But seriously good so far! You got talent ^^ If I didn't ask before, what materials did you use? :3

hehe well its small cuz I'm kinda small XD

n thx, I personally didn't think my first cosplay (quad suit) would look as good as it turned out...

but the materials used to make Liger was:

1 White Corrugated Plastic Sheet - .157 Inch x 48 Inch x 96 Inch
8 cans of spray paint (black, white, red - including metallic paint)
7 packs of hot glue sticks
4-5 medium sized cardboard boxes
6 clear plastic folders (for toes)
2 small dollar store bottles of metallic acrylic paint
2 sets of Christmas decoration lites (made for small village display)
1 pack of nuts n bolts
1 pack of fun foam (for liger's caps)

It's looking fantastic ^^ I'd advise shifting the front legs forward a few inches though. The position right now makes the torso seem shorter, which in turn makes the head look too big.

The tail's length straightened out should be the length from the middle of the neck to the butt, and it looks like you've got that. So I'd just try a slight shifting the shoulders. (Check it in photoshop or some other paint program and see if it makes anything look better before actually moving parts around. I only realized I could have done this AFTER I finished Fury completely >.<)

haha sorry :P
the legs are just leaning on liger (not attached)
it was the only way I could get a pic of liger without having to attach the legs on.

Oh! Good! ^^ Then you aren't locked into anything yet! But if you're remaking the front legs anyways, the proportioning may change altogether (Missed that part) so just do what you were doing I guess? xD

Maybe consider lowering the connection of the tail? I know that's where it connects on the models, but for some reason it looks kinda strange here.
